A good life begins on the inside. I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship involving caring support, humor and spontaneity to gain self awareness, improved interpersonal relationships, increased coping skills, understanding of emotional patterns and enhanced self esteem. My approach to psychotherapy is flexible and eclectic to focus on managing difficult emotions such as fear, anger, and sadness while addressing symptoms of anxiety and depression.  You will learn healthy techniques for coping with stress, empowering you to transform your life so that you can emerge a stronger, healthier person.  I have spent much of my career in the field of vocation and employment as a counselor, coach and Employee Assistance Program therapist in public and private sectors (see bio).
